Pakistani Umpire Aleem Dar has won the Umpire of the Year Award for the second time in a row.

Another Pakistani who was nominated in the ICC awards was Umar Akmal, he was nominated for the emerging player of the year award but England’s Stevin Finn takes that award.

Mohammad Amir and Mohamamd Asif were also in the short lists for ICC awards but they were kicked out of it due to spot-fixing controversy.

Its good news for Pakistan that only two Pakistani’s were in the short list and one of them has won it.
