The International Cricket Council has declared that last month one-dayer between Pakistan and England at Oval was not fixed, there was no evidence of corruption in that match which Pakistan won by 23 runs in stunning fashion.

“The investigation is now complete but if new and corroborating evidence comes to light then clearly the Anti-Corruption and Security Unit will re-open the matter,” the statement said.

According to the statement of ICC, there is no compelling evidence to suspect any players after the investigation about the scoring Patten of match at Oval on September 17.

Earlier in that tour ICC announced that the full investigation is warranted after the report of the English newspapers The Sun, according to newspapers the bookies were aware of the scoring patterns before the game begun.
