One day series between Pakistan and England starts tomorrow, Pakistan team desperately looking for some brightness from some where. Captain Shahid Afridi said that he wouldn’t let his team down in the 50 over format.

England team’s morale in really on a high and they are looking good, captain Andrew Strauss has said that his team in good form and they will be looking to win this series as well.

Shahid Afridi admits that his team’s performance has been affected by match-fixing controversy but players are focused and hopefully this will be a good series.

Induction of huge fast bowler Mohammad Irfan and batsman Asad Shafique has given a boost to Pakistan team, both are likely to play in the first match, all eyes will be on Mohammad Irfan because every one wants to know that can he explode English condition with his huge structure. Asad Shafiuq scored bundles of runs with the A team and that’s why he has been selected for this tour.

Bowler has never been the problem for Pakistan, issues are with their batting, no one is any kind of knick and form, confidence is very down and they don’t know how to tackle the English bowlers. This will be a good test for Mohammad Yousuf , Kamran Akmal and Umar Akmal, these are main players in the batting line and a lot will depend on them.

Shahid Afridi and Abdul Razzaq will be looking to have some fireworks in the end of the innings if they are not required at the start.

Shaoib Akhtar and Saeed Ajmal will be Pakistan’s main strength in bowling, Umar Gull is not in the form and nothing special can be expected from the Mohammad Irfan.

Let’s hope Pakistan play with some morals and fights for the country and regain some pride in the heart of disappointed people.
